Bob Arceneaux
Bob is the owner of Orleans Coffee, and works with his staff on buying coffee from importers, roast profiles for coffees. He values working with customers to help them get the products and services they need to run their business. He occasionally travels to far-away lands to visit coffee farms and meet coffee growers and exporters. He is a two time past member of the Roasters Guild, a sub-group of the Specialty Coffee Association of America, an organization devoted to the continuing education of coffee roasters around the country and the world.
Heather Rousseau
Heather heads up our Production department, seeing to it that all invoices get processed and all orders get filled and shipped on time. She is also our in-house graphic artist and helps us get all custom private labels printed. She hails from Kenner and she's proud of that. She loves printers and now has a really big one to keep her busy.
Kirk Knipmeyer
Kirk has been a team member of Orleans Coffee since 2006. He's been in the specialty industry since 2003. Kirk has done a lot for us over the years. From working in production, service, delivery to now heading up the sales department, we just can't get rid of this guy! If he's not in your shop talking about coffee, he's probably hanging out with his wife and daughter. Kirk has lived in New Orleans all of his life and doesn't plan on leaving any time soon. Don't worry, he'll turn off the light when he leaves.
Robbie Mahner
Robbie started working for us in 2013. He's a key member of our service team. He likes three things: properly functioning and serviced coffee equipment, duck hunting and his beard.
