Description
This herbal tea is primarily used because of its unique, vivid blue color. It has been used to color foods and beverages. When citrus is added to the tea, the electric blue changes to a beautiful purple hue. Its flavor is incredibly mild, which makes it a good vehicle for other additions. We’ve tried it with Hibiscus Flowers Tea and also with Peppermint Leaf Tea. Please note that the addition of these teas will change the color of the tea but the results are no less vibrant.
This tea can be used both hot and cold. It will add a nice pop of color to cocktails containing citrus. It can also be used to make ice cubes that change the color of a cocktail as they melt!
